I am not sure if there's any thread to buy used cars on tbhp. However, I suggest you start your hunt by looking up on FB marketplace and carguru. You get pretty solid deals there.

Any plans to do a Social Distancing Meet / Drive around Pittsburgh Area?

We could just enjoy a drive or something. I am all game.

I am in Pittsburgh, but open to the Tri-state area and DC side too.
