Newsflash : The Big "Small Car " Dream !

Public in moosapet area were heard screaming " its a bird !, its a plane!". Once the commotion subsided , the crowd was cleared and lo and behold , the culprit is our very own pulsar56's Zen !!!!.

On a subtle note, works been completed apparently and Suren is going over to test drive it tonight .

Cheers,
Hi Ravveendra..
Hadn't been on this thread for quite a while now.. so couldn't reply, sorry for that.

Hmmm.. decent eating joints on the Vikarabad side? not many that I know of.. May be a couple of roadside dhabas??

Well..the trip might be well over as I write this reply.. but the next time.. why don't you guys drive down to Zaheerabad and try out Cafe Ethnic?

I think I had mentioned it earlier.. authentic Telangana food.. All of youu can start off in the morning say by 10 ish.. halt at Zaheerabad, finish off food, and return via the Shankarpalle route (You need to head right from the NH7 - towards Hyderabad - this is the by-pass route to Bangalore for trucks coming from Nagpur side)

I swear Rajesh, the billion fonts I was trying to remove got me beaten by the clock. The method shown on the FAQ failed, which was easier.

Guys, Ignore this one for now, when I am more pepped up after the gazal meet I will do it like a pro.
BTW that one has taken up half the space of the entire T-BHP data storage.

I agree, it does not work for me either. I think the only editor we can use is 'notepad' even 'wordpad' gives those tags.

Fazal saab, the limit on emoticons is 2 per post. You are likely to get an infraction for using more. I got one last year Milecruncher got one last month.

Hope to meet you tomorrow at the OTR meet.

@ Pulsar, Congratulations. I am sure your ride is neither a bird nor a plane but a rocket now!

Cheers,

whoa! whoa! guys, hold on! I am sure it will be a bird and a plane! But I plan to maintain my second girl friend as a sleeper! My first being my pulsar!

She needs new heels and better muscles (brakes to stop her ). Also, I will be under the run-in period for another 1500 KMs. So, it is gonna be a nano for sometime before she flies! he he!

I went there to Moosapet today afternoon just to be caught in the traffic jam created by Congress on one side of the road and TRS on the other side ! I saw my beauty and she was on the Jacks for further work (read, tappet settings, etc.). man, i hate pink more than I hate P! LOL!

I returned back sweating & puffing and called up Prabhu to inform him that I'll take the car on Monday or Tuesday once I get my salary + Medical Reimbursement + Leave Travel Allowance - 30k+ of income tax!

Thank God I don't own a Skoda! ROTFL!

Additional Update:

Milecruncher discovered a NOS button on my zen! (he switched off the AC and feathered the accelerator... LOL) making the kids at the back seat spill their drinks in the car! This happened at the OTR mini meet we had today at Shamshabad GMR airport! (which was followed by MC and me running to his car to fetch some tissues for the clean-up! )

Also, myself, suren, absynthguzzler & prabhu are just back from another mini meet at Boat-club!

Any ideas how to make the evening more interesting? Anyone coming up with a list of 5 songs each from popular singers like Jagjit Singh, Pankaj Udhas, Talat Aziz, etc ( name some more singers)

Also, who are game for a discussion on how to make this ghazal program a success as we are extremely concerned about this matter..LOL
