Dude, i would recommend to wait for Abhinav,Ishan,GD to reply, they have attended most of the T-BHP meets, so they will definitely come up with better option looking at everyone's interests

Guys, can we please have a list of confirmed entries for the 4th? Based on that I can work out the best possible deal. And yeah, we need a minimum of 20 people to make a all-inclusive deal happen else we stick to the pay-as-you-go method.

Please let us know the confirmations known today itself.

You go ahead & decide on a venue if Girish can't work out something.......you know the criteria. If no decent package deals, go for a "Pay as you consume" for the not-to-be-mentioned stuff & split the food equally

I agree with you Raghav, We should now get a confirmed list of people. I did raise this in earlier thread. Since 4th of Sep is just 2 days away, lets have the confirmed list of people coming for the farewell party
