It was decided that Gujarat Team-BHP will be happening in last 29th December 2019, but unfortunately it didn’t happen due to some un-avoidable last time works. Later on, in WA it was discussed but still it was not happening.

Last week few of the members from Baroda has decided to meet for the lunch, and the head count which was finalized were pd_scorpio, aaggoswami, RedStallion, Porsche_guy, and our beloved Somnathji, still few were missing who could not make it up to but for sure we will plan a big meet up soon.

We decided to meet at lunch on 1st of March, 2020 at “Work On fire - Fatehganj Vadodara” at 12 noon, and finally it was happening and we all gather at the decided place and time.

It was a great time which we had and discuss about various cars and their functionality. Specially we got some idea from Somnathji who has a MS Grand Vitara which is in immaculate condition even after 12+ years which was great to know about. Apart from that we discuss about some evacuation condition and precaution to take being in the heavy and flooded area as Vadodara had faced a major flood this monsoon on last 31st July due to the record-breaking rain. Along with that we had a discussion about some routing maintenance about the various car brands and some FNG good and bad practice for the regular work and body work as well.

We had a wonderful lunch time and decided to meet frequently and gather some more people along with us which is our next plan.

A different type of query for folks in Vadodara. Is the United Garba being planned for this year? I have been trying to look for options to apply for the passes (historically iirc the registration for those would be out by now). Any pointers for where I can get information on dates when it will open up would be helpful.

The registrations will begin at midnight today. Although the passes will only be delivered locally so make sure you have somewhere to get them delivered. They have an FAQ section on the website as well which should answer most of your queries-
