Are you guys in touch with other BHPians in Vadodara? If yes then do ask them too and then lets plan. I can ask abhinav ( aaggoswami). I think he would love to join too.

2 october does not work for me since its not an off. I would be on a 36 hour long ungodly shift on 2nd october

I am going home to Delhi from 25th to 1st. So sorry can't make it. Otherwise would have loved to have a Vadodara TBHP meet.

Let's finalize venue and date.

Proposed Locations:

1. Gallops Food Plaza:
They have a big parking space and long open-air lobby kind of sitting arrangement with plenty of food options.
Budget: Depends on personal choice. However, not more than 500/-.

2. Madhubhan Resorts and Spa :
Madhubhan Resorts and Spa is a five-star resort in Anand. They offer a buffet breakfast. As per resort management, We need to reach there around 0730 to acquire tables.
Budget: 950+ GST per head for breakfast.

Ahmedabad to Anand: 75km by NH48.
Vadodara to Anand: 40km by NH48.

3. Boulevard 9, Nadiad.
Boulevard9 is a luxury resort situated on NH48 near Nadiad town. They have a large parking space and excellent buffet breakfast.
Budget: 550/- per head for buffet breakfast.

Ahmedabad to Nadiad: 60km by NH48.
Vadodara to Nadiad: 62km by NH48.

How about keeping a 25-days window to attract maximum participation?

Date: 06-01-2019 Sunday.
