Is this open to a newbie like me? I am both new to Mumbai and Team-bhp. I would like to do this trip, meet some of you folk, and get out while the weather is still agreeable.

Last time we had more than 50 people and if not wrong we had committed number of people to Sunny, this was all planned and organised from someone from pune if you remember, so if there is no commitment to him i think we need to go ala-carte.

UM we need to do a poll (for sunny + buffet) as you are the thread started, with firm confirmation from the people who are coming and accordingly speak to sunny for buffet and put what will it be per head ( you can always give team bhp meet reference that happenned a year back or so, I am sure he remembers as the parking lot was flooded with cars), if everyone agrees then fine or else ala-carte.

Others please your suggestions.

Buffet is a very good idea, as also is the idea to to confirm attendance with a contribution. Will give us a clear picture regarding size of group and allow for a successful meet.

Hi Rohit!

It is my first TBHP gathering as well.

We can PM our contact nos., and meet at Dehu Road junction (To include mates coming from Pimpri-Chinchwad area). I believe going by NH-4 would be better to go to the Kamat, than by E-Way.
So all Pune Guys, your suggestions please.

BTW if Kamats is only a get together point, why cant Pune and Mumbai guys meet at Sunny-Da-Dhaba directly?

I agree with Pranav. At-least 50% normally back out on the last moment. We cant confirm howmany peaple are going to be present at Tony's or Sunny's, therefore booking a number of seats before hand is risky.

lets see how many turn up at Navi-mumbai, get in touch with pune guys and then we can book Sunny's in the morning for same days lunch.
