Directions to the Venue : Hyderabad Boat Club, adjoining Lumbini Park, before Tank Bund. Take the left lane immediately after the Aero Express Secretariat Bus Stop and just before Haritha Restaurant of AP Tourism. The club is at the end of the lane and the car parking is on the left side just before the gate.

Promptness : Being a club, the venue runs out of food pretty fast, so arriving on time at 19:30 is important. We will wind up early also since they sound the bell (last order) at 22:30.

Entry : On arrival, inform at the reception counter that you are a guest of "Mr. Sagar" and walk straight in and give a ring to mobike008 or kkrk2 or traveloholic. We could be in the lawn on your right or in the upper lawn elsewhere depending on where we can secure a table. None of us are known at the club so giving out any of our names to the staff may not help. PM mobike008 or kkrk2 or traveloholic for their mobile numbers. Any newbie who does not have the PM feature enabled may post his/her predicament on this thread for further guidance.

Weather : It is pretty chilly in the open so do wear or carry suitable protective clothing.

If you have any TBHP stickers left, please bring them with you to the meet so I can collect them from you.
