Hi Mates,

It was a lovely afternoon meet that we had. Thank you all for being there and sharing so much information. Fellas, we should take the next initiative for a Tbhp outing soon for which hopefully we shall have the rest of our members here in the UAE.

Thanks for the Tbhp stickers Vinayak, Ram for the lovely refreshments, Milinda for that exclusive peek into his road trip (amazing feat man!), Surasen for taking time and effort to join us despite a busy schedule, and Sam (don't worry fella, I am new to the vintage section as well!)....

Waiting for Surasen's snaps now....

Dear All,
We have done it & I hope the ball will keep rolling from now on with bhpains out here in Dubai would engage into more of bhpian activities....

I am still proudly enving Nair when he mentioned about his brand new RD-350 purchase in 1985 (which obviously he still has) & at the same time hats-off to his passion for automobile when he mentioned RD's costs Rs. 39,000 vis-a-vis his take home at that point in-time.

Thanks to all of you for your participation.

Finaly thanks to my wife for caputuring some of the bhpain moments which are attached below:-

Hello Guys,

It was really a good reactivation of the TBHP activities here. Thanks for this should be to Milinda, who just ket at it. I now know how he made the Delhi - Cal run on the RD 350 possible.

Thanks to Surasen and Wheeler for getting it on pictures (of course to Mrs Sen for being the lens woman there).

Next one let us see if we could do a Mewbie Off roader.

Keep up the spirits and stay in touch.

You should also invite Alvis the next time as he is someone we all need to meet.

If you guys are considering an off road trip do let me know, it will be a pleasure to go out with you guys.

Hi friends,

I was down with flu for couple of days so couldn't follow the thread in time.
It was a nice experience meeting so many fellow bhpians that too in uae. Really a great experience.

But next time, lets hope it will be a more colorful and big experience for all of us...

Too Bad i couldnt make it as i needed to gear up for my return journey to mumbai on 30th jan and few things cropped on 29 th jan .

Yes. There are no problems as of now. I have a few Picasaweb albums and have been using it regularly over the last couple of years.

In what context was your query?

Thanks Ram, I had shared a Picasaweb album with my co-brother based in Dubai, he says he is unable to open the Album.
I thought Picasaweb maybe blocked in UAE.

Just a Thought!

Is he trying to access it from his work computer. In that case it may be blocked at his terminal or server level. Its a common practice here to put such local filters.

Ask him to access it from a private pc or laptop from a normal/private internet access or an intenet cafe
