Hi,

The person who has initiated the meet is strangely silent again.

Cherthala would be a good central point for the meet. Wherever it is, it would be nice to have it in a place where we could sit and maybe have a coffee or something like that.

Naveen, the places I have driven for such meets include Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Banaglore, Thottappally and of course, Alleppey.

18th Sunday in addition to my tution duties, I have a marriage to attend.

Else, Aroor Residency has a 24 hour coffee shop and I should be able to either pick up Vaisakh or tag along with him.

This place has been quiet, off late.

The Aroor Residency is about 1 km south of the toll gate at Aroor on the right side.

To avoid any more confusion, I will be at that place by 10AM. I will wait for approximately 30 minutes there and come back if no body shows up.

Aroor residency is too fine for me. Its only 14km far from my home.

Naveen, Vaisakh and myself spent time together between 1000 and 1300 hrs on 04/07/2010 in the coffee shop at Aroor Residency, Aroor.

I enjoyed it.

It was a nice quick meet. As trrk wrote our meeting place (Aroor residency) seems quite good for small/big meet. Aroor is the boundary of Ekm and Allpy. So people from both places can reach there easily. The roads won't be much crowded in their except for the evening and morning rush, and there is lot of parking space too.


trrk and naveen.raju had to drive ~30km to reach their and they made it on time. I was the most nearby person amongst them and I couldn't make it on time. As I reach they were for me.

After the quick 'hi' we moved in the hotel and parked our cars inside. And went inside the 24hr coffe shop. None other people were there at that time. We took a table on a corner near a window. Good atmosphere for a long chat. Sipping some hot coffes and teas we continued our chat for almost 3hrs!

Before the hotel people say 'get outhouse' we decided to bring and end to our endless chat. trrk and naveen were willing to stay some more time, but sadly I had some plans in the after noon. Sorry guys, I really want to be there for some more time.

On outside while they were talking I clicked some pics with my mobile. We left there after spending some time outside hotel. It was noon then.

-Guys did you remember the security asking were we want to go? I think they let us park in the front of the hotel beacuse we were going to the coffe shop, and they assumed we will by 30min or 1hr max. But it took 3hrs to bring, not to a full stop but only a comma! We will continue in our next meet guys.

Thanks trrk and naveen for comin. It was a nice meet.
