Why Dakshin Honda? WHy not meet at the Karnataka-TN border? I'm saying this, we can use the new flyover and skip over any unruly early morning cabs. So make it 6:15-6:30 at the border.

Note-: I'm still not confirmed.. but I like giving suggestions.

Jassi -- Yes.

Krish, point noted. We will meet at the end of the expressway or just before the expressway.

Just after the express way ends. You can get on to the feeder road and wait in front of the Indian oil petrol bunk also. I think this would be a better option. The IOC bunk is about 100 - 150 meters after the expressway ends on the left hand side.

You can, but it isnt advisable. You will get left faaar behind and it will get really boring.

I had ridden my bike to Yelagiri once and it was really boring. After the initial half an hour of riding at the top speed of your bike, you will get bored.

Lets meet at the point where Vikram has pointed out. IOC bunk just after the flyover over electronic city. (correct me if I'm wrong) @ 6:30 AM on Sunday.

P180V1- You can get your bike if you don't mind riding long and hard. I personally have never got bored doing rides/drives. Done a lot of Bangy-Chennai. But the bike timings at the track is between 9am -1 pm. After that its time for cars and you will not be able to take your bike onto the tracks.

In cars it's reasonable and fun. In a bike, it's close to the top speed and I find it gets boring. I rode to Yelagiri once (krish was the other guy on a bike). It really got boring after the initial thrill of riding continuously at 110-120kmph.

dude you are in chennai - thats closer to mmst - come directly there :-P hehe

Does anyone has an answer to my question pasted on trackday thread
Quote:
Documents to carry
Total cost involved
Preferably a single consolidated checklist of what to have / not to have in the car

need to know this. Also if I have stuff in the car - like subwoofer and speakers (don't want to drive all the way without music, gps, etc), is there place at the track to keep all the car stuff safely?

Never mind guys, will not be getting my bike, mostly will be tagging along with my bro itself. I suggest we update the meeting time & place in the first post, so that there is no confusion about it.

CHEERS,
G D
