All Bangalore bhpians plan for may 1st and 2nd trip to hill station or beach

Hey guys after the monstrous success of the nagarhole trip

why not have another meet to either pondycherry(beach) or yercaud(hillstation)? All bhpians interested can join from karnataka,tamil nadu or any other state for that matter. Its going to be an overnight plan for May 1st and 2nd. Let's plan up guys.

Muhahahahaha!! Finally my time arrives.Was waiting desperately for some drive to happen.Was real sore after missing out on the Nagarhole trip.

Though my ride is due for its service but it can wait another week

We should keep the option of Koli hills ; 100 hair pin bends

Sorry the power is playing a havoc at my place.

The initial plan was to go to pondy but as Asdon suggested it will be hot so best option is yercaud.

Rough plan as of now is
Leave on May 1st(saturday) early morning have breakfast along the way after hosur reach yercaud by afternoon.Rest for a while in the hotel(Have to find one so any bhpians who knows a good place to stay please suggest)
Go to lake, and something called as lady's seat(I googled it)
Have a blast during the night
2nd May (sunday)Morning get up go to ANNA's park and a place called The grange which is supposed to be a fort.
Have luch then leave for bangalore again stop at some CCD enroute do a photoshoot a la yelagiri trip go back home.

@ raj.barcode koli hills seems like a tempting place for motorheads like us. Do you know any good place to stay at koli hills

Its about 310 km as per the website below:-

So guys what do you think, should we go to Kolli hills which is about 310km to test your driving skill in those 70 odd hairpins or to yercaud which is about 202km for a much relaxed vacation?

tentative !
Petrol head part says Koli, but considering family tagging along, prefer a more chilled out blast @ Yercaud(with night drives to take care of the petrol head part

It will be a Privilage to join my fellow bhpians on a meet and more so the one's from namma bengalooru!

Please do let me know the final plan and would really appreciate a quick info on an approximate budget as well.
