Count me in dippy with my O.H.C, But we need to strike a balance between the no of cars and members, 1 car should have min 3 & max 4 members, also cost of fuel,toll and food should be divided equally among us, what say guys?

What Rocam says is fair enough. The owner of the car should not be paying for the fuel alone. This drive onwards we will split up the fuel costs as well. Passengers in a specific car share the fuel costs with the owner of the car. Food is usually split as is toll.

Good to see more responses . Final meeting time will be decided tom. Bombay guys will meet at Taj Lands End bandra.

Just confirmed

Flag off is indeed at 11 AM estimated time of reaching Pune is 2 PM then its an hour's break and the back to mumbai at 3 PM. Boy are these cars gonna get stuck in traffic or what

Hey Dippy,

Even i agree with Rocam's view point. Buy logically I think the amount should be calculated as a rough estimate in advance for eg.

if 5 cars are going to poona and back take an avg of 20 litres of fuel.

so cost is 20x 50 approx = 1000
toll costs approx = 300
add snacks/lunch = 200
total =1500 x 5 cars = 7500/ no of members coming.

whatever the figure should be payable upfront as later on people jump cars and get of midway etc.

This is just a suggestion.
