This time will surely try to make it, have been trying to join a T-bhp meet for the past 2 years, lets hope i do this time.

Ashish, lets put dates for poll, this is heading in no direction w/o a freeze on the date. Also I think 17th July can be too late in terms of weather, it will be pouring if not wrong and can be difficult to have a safe drive upto lonavala. my 2 cents advice..

Also once the dates are firmed up and the number of people, someone needs to speak to Sunny like last time for buffet menu and rate per head and dedicated section to us like last time.This all will take time and if we have more time in hand we will be in a better position to negotiate.
