3-4pm - Check in Riverok Villas.

15th Sunday

7am - Pack breakfast in Riverok Villas and head to Athirapalli water falls.
8-9 - Meet cochin members at Athirapalli water falls.
9 - have breakfast
9-11 - Check near by places (5 kms upstream from Athirapalli is Vazachal, which is the second waterfall).
11 - head to Riverok Villas packup and Checkout Riverok Villas at 12pm.
1 - Have lunch with cochin members and If time permits we can visit Cherai Beach as well and head to Bangalore.

Athirapalli-Chalakudy 35-Trissur 20-Palakkad 50-Coimbatore 40-Avinashi 40-Salem 110-Bangalore 200, totalling 495

Something for thought: Have just one concern with this route. Thrissur - Palakkad is a pain. And after Coimbatore, till we hit the 4 lane, the traffic is absolutely nuts. Add the Sunday returning traffic to it. Why dont we return the same way we go?

One hell of a meet. Here's a brief report.

Started from Cochin by around 7.45AM. Met Vaisakh at Vytilla. After a quick chat, started off to Athirappally.
Reached the resort by 9.30AM. Met all the Blore tbhpians and their families. Settled down and had a quick bite and tea. Explored their rides which included Innova, Safari and i10. Also, my Swift and Vaisakh's Indica.
After leaving the resort, went straight to the falls.
A brief trek near the falls left everyone gasping for air
We settled down to catch some air and some quick chat dragged the time to 12PM. We then decided to push off for lunch. Straight to Chalakudy for lunch. Raj showed some wonderful parking and braking skills. .Rocky, too tried hard with the Innova.
Lunch was horrible and they expected some solid lunch before heading off to blore . Too bad that we had to settle with this. This was the only disappointment in this whole trip.
It was already 3PM and the blore tbhpians decided to push off since it was getting late for them. After a quick chat and showing them their route, me and Vaisakh pushed off to Cochin.
I should say that we really enjoyed meeting all you guys. Next time, hopefully we can bring in more people and spend few days together.

The drive was so nice. But I couldn't enjoy it to the full as my tires were in real bad shape. My car was going here and there all the way. It was good meet other wise.
