Chor Bizarre, Lavasa meet - please choose your date

13TH NOV......i will be busy with preparation to celebrate Chacha Nehru's birthday.

14th nov........i will be busy celebrating Chacha Nehrur's birthday.

just kidding.

As i will be on tour to MP and Gujrat in third week of Nov, it will be impossible for me to attend this meet due to lack of time.

We will miss your presence AP Bhau. There would be loads of things to catch up with as you people are taking Bharatiya Rail. So we give you permission to exclude yourself from this meet, provided you come back with a rocker of a log!

I would certainly prefer saturday as sunday can be used for resting. Voted for same. Not sure if my sparky will be around, if required , might need a ride with you :-).

This is actually going to be my second meet. First one being at Big Wheels. However i have noticed couple of things especially happening with new/less frequent members(My personal observation).

1. They fail to remember handles of member (Face to handle correlation) and we end up posting like "member wearing red t shirt" or "sitting on left of ABC". How about comming up with some solution on this?

I will suggest making a small sticky with your handle name printed on it. We can stick it on shoulder/visible point so that members can find it very easy to strike communication/remember/correlate.

2. Post meet there is always a confusion who all were present/attended and post meet discussions etc

I would suggest just filling a small pre-printed format with handle name,city etc.

Ready to work as volunteer if required for above tasks :-).

Also, being a weekend , we might have to book for lunch @ Lavasa.
