Hey, See how it can be a real small world ... I had no clue he knew you but when I met him and we got talking it just popped out that he knew you !!!

And as for the height, Sam is taller than me !! I'm at 6'1 and hes a few inches taller .... And yes my protege is playing cricket for Himachal ( see what all that drill did for him ), but I was hoping he would make it farther and end up representing India ... He did get noticed but somehow just didn't make it to the TOP !!!

Cheers

dunno whether this qualifies as a Team BHP meet or not....
But me (a on & off member) and another more or less dormant Team BHP member took the road to 18000 feet in Sikkim in a battered old Sumo...

the lack of Air and the low temperatures had a bad effect on the Sumo, and it died out on us a couple of times but did take us through after a little bit of prodding

SO if it does qualify, I guess it sets the record for the highest Team BHP meet

14000 feet

Lake Gurudongmar at 17100 feet

The plateau on the road to Gurudongmar (18000 feet)

OT: Your Hatu peak trip made me feel so nostalgic..Before mving to chennai, me & my Fiancee trekked up to Hatu peak from Narkanda ...Carried booze in our backpacks, and raised a toast on the peak :P

ya sorry samurai, it was a typo. 6.6 is a non existent aperture anyways.

pdev you are very welcome. These pictures were posted last year, thanks to LBM for reviving some very pleasant memories.

Enjoy
