LOL looks like I missed a good time.

Doing shoots in an apartment complex (at least that's what I assume it is) is not the best idea, probably. We should look at a reasonably quiet public place and do this.

BTW, since I missed it, here's a shot of my baby taken outside a restaurant in KP last week:

I really loved the last photo. Fantastic work MX6.

Panshet is Jan sounds a like a very good idea. By that time, I will be done with my new flat's possession process, which is eating up all my weekends right now.

MX6 - Jan mid is being planned for another meet? I am there. And my Bird is back with me after all the battery and starter problems.

Folks, I guess Bird photography would be accomodated

I am talking about my Thunderbird.

Wow! Now we are graduating from just cars to cars and bikes. Sud's yezdi, Naj's beauty and Advait's birdy!! Must be exciting!!

Thanks Advait. And the accomodation is at sole descretion of our Lead Photographer Anvancy. And you will have to bring pastries for us guys (Me, Anil, Anvancy and Naj) as you have not been attending meets for sometime.

And Naj. You forgot to load a "film roll" in your DSLR kya? We are waiting pal.

Another 10 - 15 from my end. I've to work on that one HDR for which I shot 7 exposures. Let me read about HDRs in wiki or photoshop help pages.

Here's two more behind the scenes from my side till Anvancy and Naj wake up.

This is at our second location.

Anil is trying to park his figo between our ikons. Don't be fooled at the width of the road or the clearance. It's my 10 - 20 at play. Anil had to drive up and down a bit to ensure he doesn't scratch any of the cars. The road was only wide enough to park one car and a bike. Thanks naj for moving stones around.

Both the ikons literally had one set of wheels on the ditch on either side of the road!
When we told Anil he needs to move the car a bit to the side, seems he tried pushing it, rather than driving it.

These two up are random shots while Anvancy set up his gear. More serious photos like the earlier ones will follow tomorrow.

Terrific portraits there Anvancy. I loved all these.
And yes, too much of movement on the leaves behind. I tried the HDR of the 7 exposures of the 3 cars. And the result looks bizzare. So was wondering what to do to make it a bit crisp and lively. Guess I'll have to ask the HDR guru (Laluks) some tips there.
Later today I shall come with the rest of my photos.

Thanks for looking out for the kit. I saw a transmitter/ receiver kit in ebay for around 40 usd. But first let me start off buying a ttl flash. And if you get any news of the kit, do let me know

Sure MX6 - pastry is on me. I know last 3 months were very hectic on home front - new flat possession, interiors, and new bike and its teething problems. Every weekend was more hectic than the weekdays.

Ajay - I think you have got that right.

. How about you putting on hat of the writer?
