Same in my case too. She almost did it. But never said it verbally. That's the only difference from your case.

9.15am Regroup after the Toll Naka, In front of Urban Tadka, TP, Chai if possible
9.30-45am Leave for Pawana Dam
10.30am Regroup at Pawana Dam, Roaming, chat, chai, shutterbugs, and breakfast if you get it there.
12.00pm Leave for Either Sunny Da Dhaba / Big Wheels Motoring on the way, have lunch there
01.00pm Leave for home

+1 for that. I agree, this is going to be mega meet. Hope this time, it awakens the dormant ones & induces them to join in. @all tentatives, request all to try to make it so that no one misses out on the fun this meet is promising. It'll also be better if some details of things to do after final assembly at Toll Naka are worked out for benefit of all, may be as suggested by throttleking with some modifications, if needed.

I'm also so very excited for my first TBHP meet.
