What the heck.

It was a great meet. Am glad that we are able to continue the bonhomie all throughout the year. Damn, during the lunch time we are already planning the next one. Need I say more,

I think that all the replies till date in this thread have already given the whole of TBhp an idea of how the meet went but i'll say it again, it was really amazing. Loved the location, loved the people, loved the cars, and loved the food. Really, what else do you need.

- Thanks to Throttleking and Coriolis for the breakfast. I wasn't even aware we had breakfast until the back of the Safari opened up and people started lining up. So it was a pleasant surprise for me. Thank you guys for arranging the breakfast.

- Was meeting everybody for the first time and I must say it was a wonderful experience, mikon, scofield, coriolis, throttleking and many others from the pune gang. I'm really sorry I don't remember all your names but I'm really bad with names. Will take me some more meets to get to know all of you.

- The awesome mumbai people, it was great meeting you all. Guderian sir, my office is next door to your place, we're sure to bump into each other sooner or later. Was great chatting with you all, yogesh, uday, offroadie, listening to Guderian's and Naik Uncle's sardarji jokes while waiting for the Pune public to show up(I'm told they are always late for the pune meets). Also met up with mx6 for the mini tapri meet, chai and pakodas, while yogesh searched for a bathroom on the roadside, lol.

- The drive, though the road was not all that smooth, was one with amazing views. The lake and the winding roads up the hills, i'll be visiting this place again with a proper camera.

- @ Guderian - Wheezing and Bronchitis sir? On behalf of the lancer atleast, I beg to disagree Though I did have a tough time keeping up with you on the expressway, and I had to keep up as I am even worse with directions than I am with names.

- @ mikon - am in love with the alloys on your vento, thinking of getting that design for the swift

Can somebody upload one of the group photos again with everybody tagged, so that we can put faces to handles/names.

Had an amazing experience. Already looking forward to the next meet!

One of the best Sundays(Like minded) I have had for a quiet of a period.
First thank you all to make me feel at home from the word go. I am a lucky newbie to have attended mega tapri meet in 2 weeks of my membership approval.. then too i was welcomed with open arms and smiles!
This means a lot too me guys!
I haven't clicked a single snap myself. I had brought my (auto) Camera with me, But it seemed too foolish to even unpack it in front of you all the professionals. My father was puzzled when i told him that Myself and many other members were meeting for 1st time. Such was the connection with which we jelled together

That may be the case in any Indian event, but this time, we reached there before scheduled time of 10:30 (Schedule on page 180, post 2687). At 10:30, entire gang was almost at Pavana dam. Hence we don't accept the blame of being late, at least this time

In future, maybe.

@Coriollis, indeed you met a long lost buddy(more than 2 weeks since last meet @ Pune IT Park). But what a meet. This meet has given a serious hangover & Uttara meet is indeed required,as suggested by someone here.

After going through the thread and the pics, I must say this meet beats our Igatpuri/Oye Punjabi meet. It had all the ingredients of a true blue Team BHP meet, plus the wonderful home made breakfast bit which was super.
