Nice initiative. Point I'd like to add -

1. We encourage all the bikers to wear helmets for their own safety, helmets for pillion riders is also recommended, you are free to go ahead with any additional safety gear you have (boots, chest n kidney protectors, knee/elbow guards etc)
For Cars, seat belt is recommended at all times though we will not be in city limits
2. Please ensure you get your car / bike checked before the trip (we will have some surprises as machines are not perfect but still some prevention is better)
3. let us maintain road manners and speed limits (We are team BHP'ians so we already have them-at least it is the assumption i am going with)
4. Its trivial, but make sure you carry all your documents in order along with you. Including the PUC. Weekends and outing spots around the spot is a volatile combination, and its generally when the "Trafficops" are out for some target practice...

Now that everybody is talking about food updating the plan with the possible lunch options that have been suggested so far in earlier posts.

As of now the count is 23. To start with can we try to source the contact numbers of the first 3 lunch options listed below and the possible cost for lunch? In case there are some other options with contact numbers those can also be added.

Drive Meet Location: Lavasa

Meeting Point: Chandni Chowk (Near Up and Above Restaurant)

Time: 6.30 AM

Rough Plan: Assemble at the meeting point -Drive towards Lavasa - Stop enroute at a Tapri for Tea - Reach Lavasa and stop at a good viewing point for a possible photo shoot - On the way back from Lavasa lunch stop - Back home by 2 PM.

haha,
gharun dabba means gharwali ko subhah char baje uthana padega to prepare the dabba.
senior's advise, don't take such type of high risk otherwise you will miss the committed time and most probably higher exposure to gharwalika ghussa .

My Vote to "Buninda Dhaba' as Swananda have already tested it. I am open for other option too.

Also instead of collection money at every T/lunch/snacks break, can we collect some amount at start of ride and then someone will take care of expenses.

What say?

Ok, guys as the drive/meet day is approaching i want to know where exactly is the meeting point in chandni chawk? any google maps? anyways i will be coming all the way from viman nagar so 6:30 is fine please dont make it any earlier .

Well there are two possibilities for my origin of departure. one is viman nagar and the other is sinhagad road. if i am leaving from viman nagar, i will definately pm you before hand. altough i can only confirm this by friday.
