Is there a slightest possibility to move this Grand meet to the 25th Feb weekend? I am going to be totally free from 25th Feb to 4th March period. If not, then enjoy.

Which of you remember the procession that passed by us on the other side of the road while we were waiting at Chandni Chowk last Sunday?
Does anyone know what that was all about? How/ why do the cops not take action against them? can we report them?
