Mahesh, breakfast or lunch, we will need to inform the hotel identified about the number of people landing up, if not it will be chaos, i would suggest you identify the hotel on your recce and talk to them about arranging breakfast/lunch for the approximate number of people on the meet, remember I had arranged in advance for lunch at Doddaballapur during our farm meet.
Also I suggest we fix up costs for confirmed participants, maybe we can transfer funds into your account that will take care of any advances you might need to pay, the other option is to collect money at the meeting point as done in the past.

Good points.

But my intention was as follows.

• Meet at 7AM @ Silkboard.
• People can have breakfast on the way in Baneerghatta Road. [It would be like pay-for-self kind.]
• Then start going ahead and reach the lake.
• Introduce yourself and your machines.
• Play around for a while or till sun is kind enough on us
• Then noon, we can go ahead and part for lunch. Some may be interested to join for the lunch, but some may also plan to reach back home for lunch.
• So, depending on the groups, we can have lunch and share the bills as we do usually.

Anyway, this will be more clear after my visit to the place this Saturday.

@mjyothi, which side of Silk board are we planned to halt/meet if people are coming from HSR layout side. DO we have to cross the Silk board under pass and then go straight towards BTM layout of any other place???
