forgot about 12th its all meant for Media and VIP's aftear reading all the responses conclusion is for 14th that is saturday I have already posted the link from where you can get business hour passes for free here it goes once again simply fill in ur details and they will mail u back , simply take that printout

Hece the venue would be GATE NO. 2
Time 10:00 am
as business hours start from 10 30

But when i called up to enquire they told it will be open from 10 30 on 12th for business pass people also....

its risky to plan a meet that day...

I'm in for the meet...

Following is what 'we' have finalised;

10:00 hrs at gate no. 2 on 14th Saturday

aa) Myself (Amit) with my BIL (Pushan, not on the forum yet but a certified petrolhead!)
bb) Khaadu75 (Saazid)
cc) tsk1979 (Tanveer)

Hey, As per our telecon I too confirm for Sat morning ,, there will be a few non team bhp friends along . Will call and confirm with u tomorrow during the day sometime .

CAUTION: those using the yellow forms are not being allowed UNLESS they show their visiting card also. So students beware. Online form is much better bet.

Hey, Now that creates a situation for me ... I don't carry any visting cards and so far I havn't received any mail from them either . I wonder I will have to again go back to Jugaad.com !!! Let me get on the phone with Arush and see if he can arrange something ...

I'd hate to get turned back specially after making the effort of waking up at 8 am on a sat morning . Whew .........
