Can the meet be postponed just for a week?

I am so very inclined to go,but due to this Orthopedic Conference I am stuck on 3rd April. I am one of the organizers of this conference where loads of National delegates are coming,so I am stuck on 3rd.

I earnestly request all members to give it a thought,if its possible to postpone the meet for a week.

Shuvc suggested that we meet at 10.30am in front of IOC petrol pump, near ajc bose road flyover / beside arsalan, Parkcircus.

it will be 1.5 - 2 hours drive - i haven't been there so i will request the leader of the pack to drive slow and wait for the tail-enders at regular intervals.

carry bottles of water / coolant.

no.17 me, will be there with my Red Ford Fiesta 1.6 Zxi petrol .

What will be the route to Uluberia? I will be starting from my home at Madhyamgram, so I was planning to use Belghoria Exp to reach NH6. Reaching Arsalan can be a little overdo. What are others from northern part of city thinking?

Anyways, as a last resort, I can meet up at Arsalan. I will try to bring my wife too.

Yup Mayukh Planet mentioned we'll be meeting at 10.30 AM infront of arsalan.You can also take Belghoria Expressway and meet us midway or directly.
