To all Group 1 members,

I think we decided that our meeting point is in front of erstwhile Windsor Honda. Have we decided on the time to assemble and start from there? We need to ensure that we plan the start timing in such a way that we meet group 2 at an appropriate time on the highway.

Should we keep it at 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM? This is assuming group 2 will start from Arsalan from 10:30 AM.

Please count me in. Although I am new in this forum, I shall like to meet all members from Kolkata, at least those who participate in the meet. As I mentioned once earlier, I stay at Cossipore and shall like to take the Belgharia Expressway route.

Satellite navigation is still in its infancy here, otherwise how did Arsalan shift closer to the seven point crossing than the IOC petrol pump beside it?

Fill in some adresses in North Calcutta/Howrah, you will either not find it, or end up else where.

Dear Sir, point taken - it was my fault pointing out the two (Arsalan & IOC Petrol Pump) landmarks - please note that the red dot is IOC Petrol Pump and the blue one is Arsalan

Forget North Kolkata - i once got lost in Bhawanipore during my dating days - dropped ETC near Lansdown, got lost and came out of a narrow lane in Khidirpore and i was glad that there was enough Petrol in the Padmini or, else i thought that i will have to call dad to fetch me out of the mess. Red Road area is also very confusing - i always get lost there, even now.

Ours is not a vxi. It a black VDi.

I'm unable to PM most of the Group 1 folks. Maybe due to some PM restrictions. And hence unable to share my cell no.

For those who may not want to come to Windsor or might miss the Windsor Honda gathering, Group 1 can wait for another 5 - 10 mins after crossing the toll gate on Belghoria expressway. That would be approx around 11am (allowing for Jessore Road traffic).
