Due to some urgent work, I could not do the planned detailing of my car last weekend with the stuff that I got. However I tried out the Megs UQD yesterday evening and I must says using it alone is having a great impact. However based on my assessment, the first thing that I will need on my car is to use the clay bar. There is considerable roughness of the paint surface, especially on the left side of the car. Not sure how it happened though.

^That rough feeling can be due to industrial fall out, paint overspray(in case any of your panels are repainted), long standing dust and grime baked by the sun onto the paint surface.

After claying, the surface feels like a clean shaven skin! nice and smooth!

I had seen a white Laura, the fella had covered the entire car with this, only a few areas were uncovered. Areas like the boot area where badges are put and around the number plate area.

The uncovered area looked crisp white but the covered had turned pale and had a yellowish tinge. Did not look good at all.

I would never get this done for sure.
Thats because the paint protection film doesn't have that much anti-UV properties like the clearcoat!(its main purpose is to protect the paint against scratches etc.)

After applying the PPFilm, you can wax the film just as you wax the paint.
You can even perform minor scratch removal on it!

The wax will protect the film from UV rays, thus prevent yellowing etc.(generally these films come with a warranty against yellowing!) 3M scotchguard PPF gives 5 yr warranty against cracking/yellowing!

Check this out to see how amazing it really is! - REALLY a fan of Paint Protection film now !! UPDATED Refilmed!! - NZHondas.com

After seeing that, I've become a fan! lol

For that need to get my car out of the covered parking and frankly i do not know what will the difference be seen in the pic. I can see the car looks almost the same after applying all- Blackfire, Collinite or Pinnacle. I think once many layers of sealant are on it, the rest is just toppings
Gotta get into "sane mode" and take it easy for now

I like Jopasu products a lot.

Try this too:
BB Impex (P) Ltd. India, MicroFiber 4 Piece Set

The same product is available on Amazon too, but this one is available in India right now.

Could not resist, posting pics, though taken in the semi-covered parking and surely with 1/2 the effect what it would have been had it been taken outside. However the effect of Pinnacle is great, as is evident from the second shot esp of the side panel

Excellent wet look. BTW, did you repaint the rear back side of the car (2nd pic) as the paint finish does not match the rest of the car.

Guys came across these 2 products on ebay.in
As a previous victim of fakes from ebay india, can someone verify the price and authenticity of these products from eagle one.
eBay India: Eagle One - DASHBOARD PROTECTANT & VINYL CLEANER (item 140454720323 end time 17-Oct-2010 08:09:05 IST)

eBay India: Eagle One | VPS - AIR CONDITIONER ODOUR ELIMINATOR (item 140457391699 end time 23-Oct-2010 11:21:27 IST)

Are eagle one products available anywhere else in chennai?

If possible, can you take a shot wherein we could see the whole of your car in sunlight.
The results are just unbelievable as of now.

The pictures above are much better to get an idea of the shine.
Great results Hiren!
That looks like straight-out-of-the-assembly-line!
Also, did you leave out polishing and waxing the bumpers, it "seems" like they are not treated. It could be the pictures, so, just don't worry of you have.

EDIT- I saw the first three pics again, and I think you did. So, thumbs up!
