I think your main issue is the remap.
I suspect the remap, which has increased the diesel volume beyond the limit which the turbo can handle, or the intake and exhaust side pressures were not matching. Hence, the turbo bush is shot and oil was being sucked into the intake.
1. This will create the intermittent power loss you mentioned, due to intercooler and intake plumbing getting blocked.
2. This will drink up the engine oil, and throw the low oil pressure light.
I suggest you revert your map to stock if you want longevity out of the car.
On a side note, these small turbo diesel engines need to be remapped very carefully. Any remap can show the difference initially, but, on the long run, you need to preserve the engine.

Intermittent power loss issue was present since 7000 kms. I got Petes remap at around 75k kms. Post that I had low oil issue. Later I got it back to stock and remap from Wolf Moto. What I have understood is Petes is not good for non VAG cars. They increase injection cycle, rail pressure etc. While Wolf has not touched any of these parameters and changed only turbo boost, smoke map and driver wish map.

How are these changed?
Basically in all remaps which increase power, the combustion is increased. By increasing the diesel flow.

Changing the injection cycle and fuel rail pressure is the easiest way to extract power. Most of the tuners do this method. Wolf tuner increased my turbo boost till 4000 rpm and then he reduced it telling not good for turbo. I dont know in detail about smoke map and drivers wish map. Also he increased the fuel by 8 percent. Increasing both turbo boost and fuel won't change the air fuel ratio. Also Wolf is the only tuner who do ecu recoding. Since it takes little time, I got only remap done for now. I drove Ertiga diesel recoded with switchable maps and it drives like a petrol with nil turbo lag. I will be getting the switchable maps soon clap:

You mean, boost can be changed without touching the fueling? The turbo is a mechanical thing, how is that done?

IIRC "Code 6" also does the same. There a few guys out there.

ECU recoding is different than ECU remap. Wolf tuner can give switchable maps with ECU recode.Switchable maps from Wolf cost the same or less than normal remap of other tuners. Code 6 will provide switchable maps with a obd flasher tool which costs 30k plus remap cost. Obviously fuel would be increased in a remap. I meant changing injection cycle and fuel rail pressure is the easiest way to achieve this, which is not good for engine components.
P. S My experience with code 6 was pretty bad when I tried to remap my grand i10 diesel. I was told my car is doing 100 bhp post remap and I couldn't appreciate any power gain, only loads of black smoke was observed. I refused to pay and got my stock map.

Good to know this.
Suggest you to post a pic once you receive. Also do let us know if it fitted properly and how the car performed post fitment. This will help me to maintain my SX4.

Sure buddy. I will get the courier in 5 days. I was told it's a direct fitment.
Cheers
I received lower arm of SX4. I had ordered it online. Quality looks good and it is a direct fitment, saved 4.5k
Cheers

Hi,
Have you fitted the lower arm of SX4?
If yes, did you do it at MASS or some FNG? How much was the labor charge?
Did the part fit properly?

Yes, I got it installed in MASS for 200 rs. It fits properly and I have driven 500 kms without any noise. Usually MASS won't install aftermarket parts. Since I know service people well, I got it done
I noticed a minor leak from fuel injection pump. Got it checked at MASS and all bolts were tight. They are suspecting a worn out O ring which costs 750 rs. Fuel pump costs 30k.I will get the O ring installed soon

Hey, why do you want to take a risk with suspension components? We don't know the quality control process they go through.
My thumb rule of getting cheap third party components will be for the parts that doesn't affect safety directly like lights accessories, infotainment system etc. Suspension components, alloys etc, I will stick to OEM components or reputable third party supplier.
Just a suggestion, if you got this from the OEM supplier, just forget whatever I said above.
EDIT: Talbros, looks like they are the Tier 1 supplier for the suspension components for some OEM's. So all good, no need to worry.

I know buddy. I did little research about Talbros brand. They have been known for suspension components and head gaskets
