Horrible BMW 520d ownership experience. Many issues, including brake failure!

It's indeed sad when premium manufacturers take their customers for granted. I had a problem with my engine in my XUV done only 11k kms. Everything was sorted out neatly, including the engine replacement. What these people should learn is to how to handle customer satisfaction level and that too Indian customers. Just flashing the brand won't help BMW, time to justify it. Best of Luck Bharat.
