Did the same. Must say, prompt service as the technician arrived within a couple of hours. He removed the doorpads and found the lock-unlock gun (or motor) to be working fine. Unable to find any issue with the install, he tightened the rods that connect door knob to the lock-unlock motor's rods. He said that cars with pull-type door knob often face this problem. It took the technician close to 1 hour to do the job and the problem seems to have been solved after that.
