@maglev and @ longdrivelover, Extremely sorry for the delayed reply, So just for an update, the car feels as good as normal. I have covered 6K kms after the change-not much really but I do not feel any problems after the repairs, get the same fuel mileage so all is well. The only change I have noticed is increase in black smoke on heavy acceleration. As per the guys on the other safari problems thread, this is normal and does happen specially as my daily drive is in back to back traffic and I don't get to accelerate a lot.
