Well I'm sure its the real Boch, I will upload the photo of the wiper blade and box. Although It may be difficult to locte Boch dealers, However the shop i bought from generally has OEM spares, and specially Boch spares.
The market rate for the wipers was varient only marginally In south delhi i checked two big spare suppliers - Batra Spares ( Ashram) / Batra Spares ( East of Kailash) both had Bosch Wiper set for 260/270.
The Box has 3 languages on it- German/English/Hindi-It mentions the name of the importer.I din't get an Umbrella Free-Maybe I will go collect one..lol..!
Syndicate I used earlier were for Rs.250 which I had replaced from the OEM blades in May 2004.
The squeeking has lowered, after I added Car Shampoo to the Wiper Washer...! I sure it could be the blades are new, so they clean much closer to the glass for that squek, It will lower in sometime considering usage and weather.

regards

Your windscreen is Dirty..very dirty..Clean the windscreen with Soap water and try the wipers..

Adding some soap water in the windscreen washer tank helps too..

I hope you were spraying water when operating the wipers, otherwise its normal to squeak in the dry.

The Santro ones for 112, is it for a pair or for each blade?

whatcanthisbe, maybe the squeak will go after some time of constant use. I bet the wipers are doing a wonderful job of cleaning the windshield The Bosch blades are advertised as having a special rubber formulation for tropical region.

If you think the santro wipers aint priced right (compared to the humble 800) then get yourself a pair of Bosch blades for some 400 bucks and get over that feeling
j/k

Sorry, Mom threw the packing so I can't post pictures of the Box, However it is the tropical rubber formula and had a inch scale in back to measure I don't know what..the label mentioned suited for Lancer/Skoda and bunch of other cars..! The blades are squeeky a little still...However Now a newer issue, Today it rained bad in Noida and My new XETA wipers were working Perfect for some time, then it became squeeky and I could see the Driver side Wiper blade shaking..! But till now they were fine and infact still clean very good.

hey there again kaizer
looks like we have a lot in common .. i got my bosch blades from Prakash Motors too .. but the one on SV road in Bandra .. i paid 450 for a pair of Esteem blades (last year) .. and touch wood .. they're briliant .. marked improvement over the syndicate (which otherwise are the best Indian ones u can buy) .. but listening to everyone's complaints made me think .. when exactly did u guys buy the blades .. because i'm thinking that they're probably old stock .. just some advice .. i generally buy my new blades well after the moonsoon has set in and make sure that i ask for new fresh stock .. believe me .. it makes a difference .. i've experienced it before ..

the cleaning is perfect i wish i had them on the inside as well but the noise is driving me insane i would rather drive without the wipers in a torrential downpour

There is nothing wron with either the blade or the springs.

This is the solution.

Gently bend the wiper arm from the centre by 2-3 mm.
