Guys i need your suggestions....

Can a Garrett Turbo T3/T4 can be fitted in a OHC type 2 1.3 Exi

If yes can anyone help me where can i buy it and where can i get it installed

Depends what power levels you want & the turbo lag associated with it, T3/T4 is a hybrid turbocharger way too big for your application, a T20 or T25 is sufficient enough. & it not ends here there are other things like intercooler Bov pipng , fuelling,tuning etc etc , search our forum for more info there are plenty like turbo india (petes) old t.C city.
