Is Extended Warranty beneficial ?

Hi all,
I own a Santro. Recently the dealer called me and told that they have a scheme from Hyundai to extend the warranty by 2 years. i.e the total warranty will be 4 years, if i pay Rs 4300/- and the car is below 3 months old

. I went through the offer document and found many things are exempted from the waranty. The dealer told me that mechanical parts and A/C are covered.

Is it really worth taking this ? Please advice
