hello all !!!

i am currently pursuing my engineering from netaji subhas institute of technology, delhi.
during the summers i did a project named "ENGINE BORING WORKSHOP PRACTICES IN REPLACEMENT MARKET" at Roshanara Road under a company.
I have a fair amount of idea of the practices carried out in the market but still dont have the information which is needed to come up with a good project.

can any one of you help me out with the data that i need...???

does any1 of you have a report made on similar lines so that i can refer to it...??? i promise to not indulge in plagiarism.

any other way you can help me out....

i would be eternally indebted ppl....
thanks a lot.

just to simplify the stuff further, information on the following is required:
i am eagerly waiting for some replies from the junta at this forum...

hey cant help u there but even i need to make a project this yr so when u find something let me know too....:)

One suggestion is:

Talk to the sales engineers of the companies that sell equipment to workshops.
Most of these people would have excellent knowledge of the equipment being used (competitor data), number of units of a specific category of machine in the market, typical problems encountered in the field, etc.

To find these sales engineers, contact any of the workshops--the sales would be making periodic visits to them.
