| BHPian  |  Hello Everybody, Can someone explain the 'Half Engine" concept by Maruti?I see some ads in the MASS about spending just 10 K and getting a new engine?Is it really true. The 10K INR seems for just the block and nothing else I suppose? Has anyone on the forum got this done? If yes,please add your comments/experiences/suggestions. I have a 98 Zen.. Raghu |

| HALF engine=new block+new pistons+new connection rod+new crank shaft nothing more.Its worth it and go for it if u are planning to start a 2nd innings with your car. Also one more thing check out if the price of 10000 is for the zens above mentioned parts because i think the half engine price u mentioned is for 800/omni.and this is excluding labour so add another 2k to 3 k for labour.
