I've seen pics of his former Elim...his bike always looks like just-out-of-showroom even after years down the line!

I'm not boasting RX135, but i can proudly say that my bike is in better-than showroom condition. The pic above was taken just 2 weeks back. Day before the bike was half submerged in water with muck all over. And today its back to its normal condition.

And for the record, here are some pics of my 3 yr old Eliminator :

Else come down to Kerala and wash your car in the pouring rain - its an experience like no other. The flu that follows is guaranteed to keep your car shiny since you wont be driving around much.
You've left me in splits pal.

When I was polishing my car with Turtle Wax, I inadvertantly smeared some on the black plastic trim also. What is the best way to get rid of those smudges? Since its waxy, it does not respond well to water.

One consideration is that I don't want to spoil the trim by using abrasive/corrosive stain removers. Is regular kerosene/turpentine good enough? Suggestions please. ...

I use a MGA Dashboard polish for this. It just needs to be sprayed and wiped off....that simple. (dont spray on the paint though).

Not only will it remove the white marks but also give a shiny look to the black rubber

I dont know if its the same with everyone, but as I stay in a society it is difficult to guide the guy who washes the car everyday. Always I shoot tips at him and I get a reply "ha ha shaabjee". Still he makes his own negligence. It seems I gotto take up washing my car atleast every 15 days myself
same here. my watchmen wash my car and giving him any instructions is waste of time. :(
