What is a sudo????

hey guys had gonen to get my tubeless tyre puncture fixed today nd meet the owner of amol tyres prabahdevi.
well we got talkin and he told me abt sum fellow havin imported a 'subo' yes a subo not a turbo and putting it on his palio.Well it seems tat if ur revving the car the subo gives u more power nd if ur jus driving normally ull get better fuel efficiency.Well i was kinda astonished so can u guys plz let me know if somethimg like a subo really exists??If so does it actually help in getting better FE ?? nd if so can i get it here in bombay?? cause my accent consumes too much fuel!!!
