Body sealant?

Can someone identify it, and is it available commonly?

A friend's wagon R's hatch door is unable to fit speakers as some metal tabs from the sheet on the inside of the door which are supposed to be fixed to the inside surface of the outer door metal panel via some rubber/silicone substance has come loose.

Any idea what this is ?

re: Body sealant?

Can you give us a peek or pic of that ?

I think it should be something like a double side tape which is very common in Suzuki models. There are lot of sticky tape, double side tape, and clips inside.

Give us a sample and many of us will be able to identify it immediately.

You can see them in the above picture, applied at 2-3 points between the side impact beam and the outside door panel
