they will outsource it too. but if you are going to spend your money on getting it done, i suggest you find the right person for the job & give it to him instead of relying on the service manager's contact. if you are going to make maruti pay for this, then you ought to give it to them & also give them a small piece of your mind.

That's exactly what I am saying, they are not agreeing to do,
My contention is if the MASS does it then there will be some reliability
If I look for some one myself I could go wrong.

if they are not agreeing to take up the work, please write directly to maruti. New Delhi explaining the situation & circumstances which has compelled you to write to them. before doing that, i would suggest you write to this dealer & give him a chance officially in writing to rectify this problem. wait for a week & if there is no response, then write to delhi. has worked for me. cheers
