My Alto manual says the car comes with Tinted glass. Does that mean that it has antiglare windscreen? I thought only 3M films give that antiglare benefits. Anyone used this film on your windscreens?

The Alto is not having any anti-glare film on the front windscreen. Do not expect such luxuries from Maruti !!!

Does Swift VDI has tinted windows?

Hi,

I have a 08 Swift VDI. The variants page on the maruti site says it has green tinted glass window.

But I cannot see the tint and the glass appears clear to my eyes.

Is there really a very light invisible tint or the feature has been removed in 08?

The variants page from maruti is below:
Maruti Swift - Variants Diesel

Please clarify.

Good quality sunfilm makes a massive difference, use clear sunfilm on the front windscreen as well.
