@vdiatech, try BP / (& esp) HP also and see which suits your car better.
^^^ I'd say you guys are going down the wrong route. Its not about which gas you use - BPCL/HP/Shell/etc. Its about the adulteration. Personally, I have found the fuel efficiency and feel the same between a BPCL COCO and Shell bunks. If I fill elsewhere, difference is immediately there.
I am facing a peculiar situation.
My Esteem was behaving as if it had asthma while climbing mild slopes. Used System G just to see if it made a differance. The car`s behaviour improved but when it when bottle finished its worse than before.
Any suggestions ?

46 K, regularly serviced, regular mineral as I change every 6 months / 5k kms.
bought it 2nd hand with 30 K km the clock - previous owner was a retd defence officer - primarily because I wanted to convert to CNG. havent got round to doing that till now
No issues with the car otherwise.

Just got a bottle of each. System-G is 50% more expensive than System-D. Any reason why? Is it plain marketing or cost of manufacturing differentiates too?

Is it just me or do you guys also feel that sizes of both the bottles are identical? If so, how come one is 250ml while the other is just 200ml?
Why shouldnt the manufacturer use his old stock of bottles - as long as the correct quantity is mentioned on the label ?
It's the same bottle, but diff color.
The quantity in the System-G was reduced recently
So are you saying that the quantity is indeed less in-case of system-G? I thought it was either a mistake or cheating by the manufacturer.
This is a recent development :
1. Increase in price of System-D from 200 to 250 for the same 250 ml
2. Decrease quantity while increasing price (200 ml instead of 250 ml, and 300 Rs instead of 250 Rs).
We cannot call it outright cheating by the manufacturer since the quantity & MRP has been mentioned on the containers.
Now, the point about using the old 250 ml container in the above case (#2) is something I dont approve of, and definitely not in the long run. I hope they have the basic courtesy to change the bottle as soon as their current stock of 250 ml bottles are exhausted.
Mahindra & Mahindra has given in the Owner's Manual of Xylo "NEVER ADD FUEL SYSTEM ADDITIVES OR CLEANING AGENTS.THESE MAY DAMAGE THE SYSTEM".
That means ONLY Normal Diesel Conforming BSIII should be used.
Any Information in this matter?
Yesterday the aftermarket dealer asked me to go for a Pidilite Imported Formula 44 for my Fiesta, when i asked for System G.
i purchased the same but later had different thought to go for as recommended by ford only, so bought the thing for my older baby Wagon R (may be she needs a refreshment more than the fiesta)

Tata also advises against using additives - but only for the Dicor engines. But AFAIK, Ford doesnt say anything like that. So, it depends on the manufacturer.
Got a Letter from Dealership where it was clearly written that Ford recommends use of Iftex system G for petrol and Iftex system D for diesel.
