K & N filter for LPG

Have any body tried fitting a K N filter for a LPG fitted vehicle. If yes what are the remarks??? Heard that for LPG, its better to go for a replacement filter ,,Is it right? Is the filter going to make any changes in the engine conditions since it is an LPG.

Yes i have a k&n fipk extreme filter in my accent with lpg,its been working all fine for last 20k kms. , but once you get the filter installed get the mixture adjusted or the car will start bogging and misfiring.
