Dear @vickster, all's well that ends well. As mentioned earlier ours is a forum to help, advice, share knowledge, exchange experiences, network etc. Unlike a lot of social media we don't believe in the grumble and whine, crib and castrate style. The car OEMs are sometimes our friends, at other times our partners and once in a while someone who needs a whack. We treat them with respect in all three situations.

Let us know once your job is done and the XC60 is functioning well again.
