Suspension upgrade: Bilstein B6 for the F10 BMW 5-Series?

Hi guys i have a 2012 bmw f10 and i have been toying with the idea of installing Bilstein B6 on my car, although im scared the ride quality would be adversely affected and would it be a direct fit on the car.

Also need suggestions on where can i get a good deal on these shocks.

Go ahead with it, without thinking twice. The Bilsteins do increase the body movement at low speeds a tad bit, but anything above 40kmph and it is far better than stock. High speed stability, handling and even taking larger undulations and bumps at speed are far superior with the Bilsteins. The B6 is what you need.
