Hi,

Well I have finally decided to get my Lancer Converted into CNG. Had a couple of queries.

My Lancer is 1496 cc 2001 SFXi Model

1) What Kit is recommended apart from Bedini, for a Large car- I have seen Landi Renzo,Bedini and some more-But anyone knows cars like OHC,Lancer,Accord with CNG-What Kit is used.

2) What should be the Ideal HP of the Reducer Motor, Since its a bigger car-Should there be a certain power motor,I should go for.

3) Its a Bharat Stage 2,So should I go for the Closed Circuit Lamda or an Open system will do.

4) HM Lancer is OEM factory made,However they are still not offering conversion of the existing lancer from the dealership. So A car made in 2001,can it be endorsed on the RC.

5) Any other changes,I will have to do to the Lancer for CNG.

Does anybody Know, Any big car on CNG..! I spoke to one person with a OHC CNG, the kit was Landi Renzo..I really need to review a couple of others before I settle for it..! Any idea Guys

P.S.- I have a friend who has LandiRenzo on his pre 2000 Esteem (Dont know the exact yr though) He also doesnt have a Lambda.
