The car refused to start on day 2, and after about 20 cranks, I decided not to press further as I did not want to drain the battery.
As it was a new car I requested Prerana motors to send someone over and when the service guy came home, the car started in first crank.

When a new problem seems to be coming up, it would be good to take a video to show to the ASC. In today's age where cameras are integrated with mobile phones, it should be easy. I know it is difficult to think about such things when facing a problem, but if one takes a video it will help in a big way.
