Hey everyone!
This is my first forum post here! So I am currently driving a Rapid 1.0 TSI 2020 version. Its clocked nearly 40k kms. So recently one of my friends who own an i20 told me he's replacing the shocks since his car is tilted but couldn't feel any issue with its suspension as the car was driving as it should. I saw his car it was slightly tilted to the rear right. I saw this, came drove back home parked my car and checked mine. To my horror its also tilted a bit to the front tight. I do not feel any issues while driving, no swaying, perfectly stable but its somehow tilted to the front right and since that moment i couldn't unsee it!
I took it for regular service to the SGA skoda showroom at coimbatore. Asked them to check the suspension for any damage. They did a check told me evrything is perfect and well other than the bumper which has a bit of damage from a hit. What would be the issue if not the suspension? Anyone else in the forum with similar issues on any of their VAG cars? Would you insist on getting it checked outside the ASS? It's just that seeing it tilted like that bothers me everytime i look at it, I guess you guys can understand the feeling.
I'll attach a few images below.

Firstly check tire pressures, and fill to correct spec, and load the car with half tank of fuel.
Get a measuring tape, measure from ground to fender, or wheel hub center to fender, note down all the readings.
Whichever side is lower or has deviation check the control arm bushes on that side firstly, you can check these by turning the steering away from the wheel that needs to be checked.
Check the subframe as well and the strut mounts. Do this yourself if you know how to verify, else take it to FNG, just for a second opinion about ASS.
Happy Motoring!
