Oil consumption after "flushing"

Hi All,
Recently I used flushing oil from ABRO for the first time in my Scorpio (CRDe).
I've used Mobil's Delvac MX after the flushing.Today after checking the oil level,I had to top it up (~ 200 ml).I've done close to 1500 kms after the oil change.
I wanted to know if it is normal for engines to consume some oil after flushing.
If not,has the flushing oil caused any damage this OR there is something else that I need to look into.

Thanks,
rb2399

Flushing removes the oil from places with minute clearances as well. So when the new oil is filled for the first time it fills up all these nooks and crannies. Unless you see oil leaked where you car was parked or the oil's leaking into the combustion chamber to get burnt with the fuel, there shouldnt be too much a cause for concern
