Issue with ground clearnce

Folks i got ffe installed in my ohc a month back, there after i hear a bad screaching noise whenever i go over a hump. i suspect the expansion chamber is coming in contact with the ground, since its low.

now wanted to know from people who have ffe installed in thier cars(especially ohc's), that do they face the same issue?

Any solutions to overcome this issue? i dont want to go for spacers.

Thanks

Heh! I hear the same bad noise when going over a hump in my OHC as well... and i dont even have an FFE installed!!!
I intend to get my OHC's suspension "Psych'ed" up sometime soon. Maybe you should also take a number and join the queue.

I have an Automech FFE installed since a year and no such problem.

Its fitted on a OHC? if yes, then i would like to see where the expansion chamber is located (picture would help)

@amitoj: how many kms has your car done? go for a higher profile tyre that should solve your problem. also you can stiffen your suspension.

Dont want to change the profile yet... but definitely need to get the suspension stiffened.

@manveet: nicely explained with the pictures

btw i dont see a "expansion chamber" on your ffe?
refer: AutoMECH Engineers

this chamber is what coming in contact with the ground.
