Honda Jazz: Messed up car after service at Honda dealership

I have got most of the issues, I had listed resolved except the pickup issue.

I think I can explain it better now. There used to be jump in the acceleration in 2nd gear. This was when the Vtec boost kicked in. This was quite noticeable throughout my ownership period of the car. However, I have not noticed it since I have received the car from service. It has been a year! The acceleration is completely linear.

Would appreciate all inputs to get the VTEC kick in again!
